Group/Family Adventure Ropes Courses

Our custom group activities range from a ropes course in a unique natural mountain setting including rock climbing, rappelling, a zipline across a small gorge, a group mountain hike to unique places such as the Pyramid Amphitheater, to a multisport adventure including climbing, rafting, fly fishing and paragliding.

Utilizing the natural terrain of the Grotto's day use area up on Independence Pass, our mountain guides set up a technical ropes course incorporating a series of fun elements.  These elements include a zip line over cascading waterfalls of the Roaring Fork river, a tyrolean traverse over a deep gorge, a rappel into and climb out of the natural ice caves near the grottos, and a walk on a slack line across the Roaring Fork river. This scenic outdoor experience includes an easy, scenic hike among the forest and near the river.

Our professional mountain guides will show you how to enjoy the mountain environment safely and respectfully, whether showing you the ropes on climbing techniques, or treading easily and lightly on the mountain trail. Whether a rope/adventure course in a natural mountain setting or hike in the Aspen/Snowmass wilderness, a group outdoor adventure will be an unforgettable bonding experience.
